This page covers the TooEasy.ai waitlist and early-access survey. The product is still pre-launch, so we are keeping the policy plain and specific.
What we collect
For the waitlist, we collect your email address, your consent to receive early-access updates, optional survey answers, and basic campaign parameters from links you clicked, like UTM source or campaign.
How we use it
We use that data to invite people into TooEasy.ai, decide who to onboard first, understand which job-hunt pain points are loudest, and improve our messaging. We do not sell your data. We do not send applications or emails on your behalf. Ever.
Tools we use
We use Loops.so to store waitlist contacts and send email updates. If analytics are enabled, we use lightweight, privacy-minded website analytics to understand page visits and signup conversion, not to build creepy personal profiles.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in our emails. If you want your information updated or deleted, email hello@tooeasy.ai and we will take care of it.
Before the product launches
Before asking for resumes, profile data, job preferences, or product account information, we will publish a fuller privacy policy that explains exactly what the app collects, why, and how long we keep it.
